Refund policy
There is rare chance of receiving a damaged product as we examine and pack each item with utmost care.
At the time of delivery if the package looks tampered or damaged please do not accept it.
Incase of any damage occurred during the shipment transit, we will be exchange the product, provided that the products are returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. Claims of damage or wrong product received needs to be informed within 24 hours of delivery, post which the claims shall not be accepted.
Customer needs to send us back the damaged product within 3 working days from the date of delivery and the tracking information has to be shared with us through WhatsApp. Products returned post 3 working days will not be accepted for replacements or refunds.
We will not be responsible for breakages of jewelry due to customers mishandling it.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds will be entertained/considered only if there is mismatch between ordered and delivered products.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
